In 1959, they gave up their productive lifestyle of farming to build Tom's Country Place on their farmland.  Although many years have passed, many of the original recipes and techniques are still used today! The third generation of the Hricovec family thanks you for your business and is committed to upholding the tradition of delicious food and fine service!
